Our student residents enjoy relaxing between classes at our beautiful local beach. We are about 13 minutes by car to Cal State University Long Beach (CSULB) and about about 6 minutes from Long Beach City College (LBCC), which is directly north on Alamitos Ave.

You can take the Passport community shuttle to the CSULB campus in 30 minutes or so, which overall is about the same time it takes to drive and park a car. The shuttle is free with a pass from the university, and it stops right across the street, or around the corner, depending on which of our two properties you're living in.

Rent at the Douglas includes water and gas utilities. The Davis is an environment-friendly all-electric building with water paid. All our apartments are unfurnished. Residents share the Davis parking garage for an additional fee when space is available.

Amenities include the convenience of electronic building access with an intercom for friends, guests, or pizza delivery, a modern US Mail center and on-site laundry. Front door or courtyard gate access is through your phone. Cable TV and high-speed internet are available for an additional fee.
