City Place is an urban retail development in the heart of downtown and the former site of the Long Beach Plaza which was an enclosed mall that has been replaced.

The shopping center covers 450,000 square feet of retail space that includes Walmart, Ross Dress For Less, Payless Shoe Source, Foot Action, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Hometown Buffet, Abbani Men's Wear, Creama Cafe, Mitaki Restaurant, Mrs Field's Cookies and so much more.

Our apartments are near City Place but not actually in the development.

We are also close to the Convention Center which hosts 350 annual events, the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen Mary, and the Toyota Grand Prix three-day race through downtown streets. Please call ahead and ask what's available. At times we're 100% leased.
