We lease studio and one-bedroom apartments in a nice neighborhood, a short walk to a beautiful local beach, and 4.4 miles (13 minutes) by car to CSULB, California State University Long Beach. Most of it going east on 7th Street.

Or you can take the Passport community shuttle, which stops across the street, to the CSULB campus with a free shuttle pass from the university. It's about a 30 minute shuttle ride for our residents, which overall is about the same time to drive a car and park it.

The Douglas rent includes gas and water utilities. The Davis is an environment-friendly all-electric building with water paid. All our apartments are unfurnished. Residents share Davis garage parking when available for a fee.
